Sam Aboyeji, has urged Nigerians to remain steadfast in their faith despite the economic hardship and mounting pressures facing citizens across the country. Aboyeji gave the advice during the first District Convocation and District Anniversary of the Foursquare Gospel Church, Pleasure District, in Lagos. Represented at the event by the Ikeja Axis Coordinator, Rev. Ayomide Abraham, the cleric encouraged Nigerians to continue trusting God for better times while remaining grateful for His provisions.  He acknowledged the economic pressure associated with high petrol prices but urged citizens to also recognise developments in the country, including improvements in infrastructure and access to student loans. Ambassador Yahaya Seriki Gambari Inaugurates City Boy Movement Executives in Abuja, Leads Team to APC National Chairman

 2026: Ambassador Yahaya Seriki Gambari has inaugurated the newly constituted executives of the City Boy Movement in Abuja, charging them to remain committed, united and focused on the objectives of the movement.
The inauguration brought together members and leaders of the movement as the newly appointed executives formally assumed their responsibilities.

Following the inauguration, Ambassador Seriki Gambari led members of the City Boy Movement on a courtesy visit to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), where the delegation engaged the party leadership on issues concerning the movement and its political aspirations.
The visit highlighted the group’s determination to strengthen its relationship with key stakeholders within the APC and contribute to grassroots mobilisation and political organisation.

Speaking during the engagement, Ambassador Seriki Gambari urged the newly inaugurated executives to demonstrate discipline, loyalty, unity and effective leadership in carrying out their responsibilities.
He stressed the importance of teamwork and grassroots engagement, calling on members to remain committed to the movement’s vision while supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening political participation.
The inauguration and subsequent visit to the APC national leadership mark another step in the City Boy Movement’s efforts to consolidate its structure and expand its activities in Abuja and beyond.
